Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift is Taylor Alison Swift. She was born December 13, 1989 in Pennsylvania's West Reading. Swift has been a pop/country singer-songwriter for over 20 years. Her tales about romantic love in the midst of heartbreak and young love has earned her the acclaim of many throughout the 21st century. Swift's love for music started when she was a young age. From plays for children to appearing in front of crowds, Swift made rapid progress. She was age 11 when she performed The Star-Spangled Banner before a Philadelphia 76ers basketball match and in the next year, she began playing guitar and began writing songs. Swift wrote original songs which was influenced by country performers like Shania Twain (now known as the Chicks) and Dixie Chicks. Her material was a reflection of Swift's experiences as a tween and the feeling of alienation. Swift relocated from Pennsylvania along with her parents to Hendersonville, Tennessee when she was 13 years old to dedicate her time in contacting the country music labels.
